Belmar, NJ
The Borough of Belmar commissioned our services for the design of beachfront structures that were destroyed by Super Storm Sandy. The first structure if a two story, 14,500 s.f. multi-use facility containing a banquet area for 200 people, an art gallery, beach badge sales office, concession area, restrooms, multi-purpose room and storage space for Borough civic organizations. The second facility is two connected, single story, 3,600 s.f. buildings containing public restrooms and family changing rooms with showers, concession areas, and a rooftop dining area and mini golf course. The third building is a multi-story 3,500 s.f. public services building containing first aid, police and lifeguard areas, an observation tower and a concession area with outdoor dining.
